The Windows 10 Enterprise operating system is powered by an Intel® Core i5 processor with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage.
AXONE VOICE has an advanced dual-channel Wi-Fi system and a Bluetooth® 5.1 module for connectivity. In addition, the tool has two 8 MP cameras that are useful for obtaining detailed customer reports or sending technical photos to the assistance service.
Voice control, face recognition:
AXONE VOICE is an innovative display unit that is designed to make your work easier. With the help of Microsoft®, it comes equipped with a voice control function that will assist you in all of your work tasks. Additionally, it has a face recognition feature that can identify users, offering them access to exclusive diagnostic procedures provided by the manufacturer. Please note that the voice control function is only available in certain languages and requires an Internet connection and an active TEXPACK subscription.

AXONE VOICE is a helpful tool that can guide you in any situation, including those where safety requirements are necessary for both you and your vehicle. You don't even need to touch the tool - simply say "Hey TEXA" and give your command. But that's not all! AXONE VOICE is also proactive, guiding you through diagnostic activities and suggesting available services to make the diagnosis process faster and easier.
The diagnosis and database are on the big screen
The AXONE VOICE has a large 13.3" multi-touch screen with a maximum resolution of 2560x1600 pixels, making it one of the biggest display units available. This provides excellent visibility even at longer distances compared to traditional tablets, without disrupting repair activities.
Why is it very easy to carry out the PassThru diagnosis or authenticated diagnosis using AXONE VOICE?
If you need to connect to a vehicle manufacturer's website to update an electronic control unit in your vehicle, it can take several hours and use up a lot of energy. However, with AXONE VOICE, this will no longer be an issue. The Internet connection will remain stable and meet all manufacturers' specifications.
CAMERAS
The AXONE VOICE device has two 8 MP cameras: one in the front and one in the back. The first camera is utilized for face recognition, while the second one is particularly helpful during remote assistance. It allows the TEXA Call Center to observe the vehicle's condition in real-time, ensuring proper positioning during ADAS calibration.
MAGNETIC DOCKING
To enhance the connectivity of AXONE VOICE, you can utilize its four 3.0 USB ports. These ports are necessary for connecting external devices like VCI for PassThru diagnoses, printers, keyboards, and more.
HANDLE
This is a practical handle that is ergonomic and adjustable. It is useful for carrying the AXONE VOICE and can be fastened to a vehicle's steering wheel or placed on irregular surfaces while maintaining optimal visibility of the monitor for repair technicians.

Return and Refund Policy
All returns are shipped at the customers expense, using the shipping method of your choice. We recommend marking any shipments as fragile and/or adding insurance to guarantee your item is returned safely. Please address all returns to the following -

Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the original date of purchase only. Clearance items may not be returned. Items that are damaged, missing parts, dented, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to DPFSales.com or seller error are subject to partial refunds or restocking fees of up to 50% of the item’s price. If an item is returned in excessively damaged and unusable condition, a refund will not be processed. If the buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original, like-new condition within the return window, the order is subject to a restocking fee up to 20% of the item’s price.
Once we have received your return, it will be inspected and processed. This process can take up to 7-10 business days. Based on the condition of the returned item(s), a 20% restocking fee, up to 50% may be deducted from your refund. We will notify you if no refund will be processed based on excessive damage and unusable condition.
Refunds will be processed once all inspections have been completed. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
